Stephanie is a North Carolina native and graduated from East Carolina University.   She began her real estate career in 2004 when she purchased her first investment property. Since then, she has continued to buy and hold as well as purchase and rehabilitate homes and this is what led her to becoming a REALTOR. 

As your Buyer Specialist, Stephanie will be a resource for you when you need her, and help you to ask the right questions when you might not know what to ask. As a former mortgage broker, Stephanie understands what it takes to get financing and various programs such as FHA, USDA and other first time buyer and investor financing programs.  Stephanie will help you find the home of your dreams while getting you into the right neighborhood and price range.

Stephanie is a member of the National Association of Realtors, North Carolina Association of Realtors, Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors as well as the Triangle Real Estate Investors Association.
